I'm not sure if this is an issue with the site or with my phone, but I know the behavior doesn't occur with other websites from my phone's browser.

I am using Android 8.0.0, with the latest Google Chrome browser, and Gboard.

The "suggestion" bar that appears above my onscreen keyboard does not work correctly about 80% of the time. If I swipe in a word, and get it wrong, tapping the desired word from the suggestions bar does not change the text in the forum box. Alternatively, it changes the text to some non-word mashup of the word I accidentally typed and the word I tried to correct it to.

This seems to me like the problem should be local and specific to my phone, but no other website or app exoticse this behavior. (<- Perfect example: I tried to type "exhibits," got "exotic," tapped once to correct it and "exoticse" is what it pooped out.)
