ATI HD3600 vido encoding and transcoding?

[Nielo TM]

I found the following under ATI's HD3600 series specs

"MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DivX, WMV9, VC-1, and H.264/AVC encoding and transcoding"

http://ati.amd.com/products/Radeonhd3600/specs.html

How does one take advantage of this awsome feature?

thanks

but its seems completely useless. With their GPGPU technology, ATI could have made a completele video editing application for reail at a resonable price.

ATM, all that processing power is used for gaming
