ATI HD3600 vido encoding and transcoding?

Im pretty sure the card just does it when you play those file types, just be sure to have up to date driver

but its seems completely useless. With their GPGPU technology, ATI could have made a completele video editing application for reail at a resonable price.

ATM, all that processing power is used for gaming
