I really like the BTF concept, especially the BTF 2.5 version cards where you can convert between normal 12VHPWR and 1000W BTF 2.5 power connectors. What I hate is you still have a 12VHPWR on the back of your motherboard waiting to fail. Granted I’d rather blow a motherboard 12VHPWR connector than a 5090 mounted one. These cards where you can share load between both connectors is pretty cool, especially if it reduces the load on the 12VHPWR connectors.
 
Still like this one more than the MSI Lightning 5090. 5+ years from now this one will probably still work. Can't say the same about a sealed AIO card. But, doesn't matter... Won't spend more than $2K on a GPU again any time soon.
