It´s a good motherboard. What cooler you recommend me for this motherboard, because I buy a Ninja Plus Rev. B and don´t works good. Another questions is that this motherboard can run without a 8-pin ATX+12V power, just only with 24-pin ATX Power connector.

I know you need the 8-pin AUX power connector...or at least 4 of the pins of it. You cannot run with just the 24-pin connector. The AUX supplies power to the CPU.

What about the Ninja doesn't work? Capacitors in the way?
 
I've installed a Zalman 9700 on a E6600 CPU in this board. You will be limited in the height of a northbridge heatsink/coollng fan. I superglued a sunon 40x40x20 fan to the asus heat sink (after removing the heat sink cover) and it almost touches the Zalman 9700.

Bad news for me, because the 8pin cable from my PSU (tacens 680 it´s only 45 cm cable)does not reach the motherboard conector. I have to look for a new PSU or a cable extensor.

What about the Ninja doesn't work? Capacitors in the way?

:( In my case it is worse than in this photo http://www.scythe-usa.com/support/cpu/002/images/ASUS-P5B-Deluxe-Ninja-RevB.jpg because the cooler touch 100% the capacitors.
