ASUS Maximus Formula VS SE

I've been looking at the ASUS Maximus Formula and its SE version and I can't seem to tell the difference between the two. Can anyone give me a hand?
 
the SE has a built in waterblock on the north bridge, the normal version just has a heatsink. That is the only difference :)

And the price is usually around $10 different with the SE being slightly more expensive depending on where you buy it.
