I just bought an z68 Asus ROG micro mb..this look like a match made for me :D
 
That cooler looks kind of...lacking. It's pretty small and doesn't look like it covers most of the card or the power elements in the center... Though does thankfully cover the SLI chip...
 
Seems like a good deal...but will it be 1.5 gb per gpu or 3gb ? Also it is still cheaper than buying two 580s but more than a 590.

Hope it can do surround w. 2 dvi plus dp port
 
$1,000 for two 580's isn't that bad, I guess the advantage is that you only need one slot (versus 2x for SLI 580's). I see 3x 8-pin PCI-e connectors for power?

One slot? Doesn't matter if it only uses up 1x PCIe slots, it eats up 3 adjacent slots in return!
