Assembling my first rig- quick heatsink question

[Visec]

I'm putting together a rig with a Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme CPU Cooler - Retail - 65$
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16835109140 and the instructions say to place a 12cm fan on the heatsink. Was I supposed to order a seperate 12cm fan?

When I asked in this post a week ago people said I did not.

Dude read that old post again, everyone said you did, put down the blunt and order you a fan. Raido Shack, Best Buy Office Max will all have a 120mm (12cm) fan if you are in a hurry.
