Yes very worth it. I paid 40 for it 3 months ago and it was well worth the money. One of the better games I've played!

The main difference is the side mission in 2 are optional. If you liked one. You will like two even more.

According to IGN's review it's an improvement over the first one.

I've never played either one but I bit at this price Hopefully I won't be needing to have played the first one first.
