Three modular psu's were tested for resistance and voltage drop
Corsair HX620W
Ultra X2 550W
Antec NeoHE 430W

and also 2 non-modular for comparison
Fortron FSP600-80GLC
Silverstone ST65ZF

The article is linked on the [H] main page but if you haven't seen it here it is http://www.motherboards.org/articles/guides/1488_1.html

Was anyone else but me surprised by the results? I bet you can't guess the top 2 performers without reading the article. Opinions anyone? Johnny Guru? The methods seem legit to me..

I dunno - the author of that article seems awful familiar to me ;)

I've heard he's a really ass clown.

How do you pronounce that last name? Gerrr-ouuu... Gooo-rooo....

Damn frogs. They always have such weird last names.

Since when are D's and a pair of L's silent and "aux" pronounced as an "O"????

I hear he's a sexy beast. No one has ever seen him, as far as I know, but rumor has it that he's a 12 foot tall 450 pound man with abs of steel, and comes with a built in sunmoon sm 8800
