Areca card replaced -- missing drives

After replacing our Areca 1680xi-16port card, I have discovered that 3 of our disks are now "missing". Please see output below for old and new layout. Card was swapped and existing SFF cables reconnected.

Also, Firmware was upgraded (all 4 files, in order per this forums spec and reboot after all 4 are complete) and RAIDs were deleted in efforts to potentially clear any corrupted drive tables or whatever may be related to this.
 
Obviously, try unplugging and replugging the cables. Are these drives connected via a backplane? Are you using SFF-8087 to 8087 or to SATA?
 
Are you posting just the volume set raid layout or they aren't being detected even as physical drives? If even the drives are not being detected at all then it has to be a cable/power/chassis issue.
