Hello Guys,

Lately i am setting up a server and i've found a problem which i would like to solve.

The thing is, sometimes, when uploading something o the server through the LAN the server stucks for a few seconds meaning the windows says it's impossible to find the location and if i have any torrents from the server, they also just drop!
I saw that sometimes when downloading from the internet to the server via remote access also those downloads stuck on bytes/second speed!

These are the server specs:
Windows Home Server 2011
Core i7-860
16GB GSkill
Power Supply Corsair CX600W
Areca 1880i
2x Raid1 SSD Corsair Force GT 60GB (System)
5x Raid6 2TB WD Red (Data)
Onboard Realtek 8169 Gigabit LAN

If anyone could help me identify if this is a RaidCard or Lan problem and how to solve it, it would be awesome,

Regards.

It looks like the Jumbo Frame was causing the system to BSOD =X
And also the network connection to stuck sometimes...

Jumbo frames or not, do yourself a favor and get an Intel NIC, Realteks are prone to problems

I am thinking in doing that...

Actualy this is realy odd, because i've always used 9K Frames on the client computer (Marvell Yukon) but only when doing it with this HomeServer2011 causes BSOD..
Tried with 4K Frame on Client and also BSOD...
Triek with regular 1.5K and it's Fine and smooth transfers, no BSOD.

I should try to figure it out
