Arctic Cooling excellent customer service!

I ordered an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro from Newegg a few weeks ago and just recently the fan started to act weird, moving slow and/or suddenly stopping and starting. I finally decided to move up to a TRUE but I didn't want the freezer pro to go to waste. I figured I could RMA it to Newegg but at the cost of shipping (and laziness) I decided not to. I sent an email to Arctic Cooling noting that my fan was broken and to see if they could send me a replacement. They emailed me back the next day requesting my address information and two days later I have a nice replacement fan! Well packed in the original box and all.
