ok guys need help major... got a thermaltake tsunami case...i purchased a 240gts rad... plan on taking bottom drive bays out to have pump down below. Need to know where to mount my rad. Im thinking on cutting a cple 120mm size holes in the top or just a full rectangle to allow for airflow, then mounting the rad ontop of case, then 2 120mm silent fans ontop of rad and run wiring down a seperate hole.. having tubes run straight down into the case. Or i can possibly mount the rad in the top front of case sacrificing a drive bay...
Next i bought this res http://www.frozencpu.com/ex-res-83.html?id=YN5zys2u, main prob is i was going to mount it at top somewhere on outside, possibly the backside, but the way it is the 2 holes inlet and outlet are on the opposite sides, so i need to have a 90 of some sort to put the tubes back into the case... please help with suggestions... i need it to look nice too.
 
Mounting the radiator on the outside may yield slightly better temps since its not exposed to the ambient air on the inside of the case. Other than that it shouldn’t be a problem if you want to mount it at the top internally... Like you said you would just loose a 5.25 drive bay... Would look a little cleaner too since everything would be contained in the case.

I'm not really sure where you can mount that res though... Maybe if space permits you could put it right next to the pump where the hd cage was. Plus, make sure your using a good corrosive inhibitor in your loop since your mixing metals.
