On a more serious note. At least some tech company still cares about our childhood dreams of fame and acclaim.

Can't afford the polyphonic ReChorder?

Here's something every bean-eating bedroom producer can:

Flatulus is the new industry standard in gaseous sound design and odoriferous instrumentation. This explosive new library will rip through your tracks, with percussive sound effects and potent atmospheres.

Me too, especially the 6-8" floppy drive on the side.

It seems to be oddly missing an AT keyboard plug though. I'd have to have to use a PS2 dongle with it.

Yet they list it on the spec sheet: 1 x AT Port

Grounds for a false advertising suit? I think so.

They also have what looks like a Centronics printer port that's not listed on the spec sheet. I'm guessing they have the wrong name for that.

That's another violation of computing tradition. Beginning to think we should treat this product as a hoax. Or a sick ploy to suck money from the kids who never learned the joy of troubleshooting IRQ conflicts.

Yes. Sadly, the G.Skill Crystal-bling RAM is a real product. I would not fault anyone for mistaking it otherwise.

I was listening to that story on the radio thinking, "This has to be an april fools..."

It was :)

When I first heard it I thought that it had to be a prank, but then they had more and more music samples and an actual interview with the man himself (or someone who sounds a lot like him) and I started doubting myself...

This one was by far my favorite.

Although I wish a similar Pi product would be designed this year (even at 3 times the price of the Pi).
