I'm looking at a mac pro so that i can legitimately virtualize OS X.
From what I understand:
Apple hardware must be used as the host(which is easy enough)
Only OS X 10.5-10.8 can be virtualized as server edition
Only OS X 10.7-10.8 can be virtualized as client edition
The installable has to be retail
ESXi 5.1 is needed for 10.8
Apple don't seem to know anything about their own EULA and it's really starting to do my head in as sites seem to have conflicting information.
Does anyone know what you can and can't virtualize? And if there is a limit to VMs per host?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
