i've started looking @ this beast for a new project but i haven't seen many other people using them. i like the spaciousness of the box and it would be put toward a nice wc project. it may be a little over the top for some people but my last project involved welding two chieftec full-tower cases together so this would actually be a little smaller. i'd like to get a black version but i can live with silver, probably just polish it. does anyone have any experience with this case and can comment on it?

specs:
12 x hdd bay
2 x 3.5 exposed bays
6 x 5.25 exposed bays
7 expansion slots

I started looking at a case like this for my next rig. I currently have the mid tower flavor of the pc-69 and love it. From what I hear there is plenty of room for wc and modding, with the same tried and true build and design that Lian-Li is known for.

The only other case I might suggest for your purposes would be the new CM Stacker.

not many opinions on this case apparently, maybe not too popular... maybe i should stick with my shuttle for a while, it's easy to move around at least. just don't like all the dang noise.

No one uses the case cause of it's price and sheer size. Most ppl don't need anything over a mid-tower. I use a full tower (15 bays) for my server and if I could, I'd go with the PC-76. Course, with the new V series cases, the 76 fell off my radar screens.

I know I’m necroing this thread. 21 years. But I use the Lian li pc 76 server case. 4 80s in front, 2 80s in back, 1 120 in back, 1 120 on top. 6/2/12 bays. It is a timeless masterpiece.

Use it in 2025

Wow...that's a pretty impressive necropost. I'm partial to my old LianLi PC60. I should build in it again with low power parts to avoid overheating and using high RPM 80mm fans.
