Look around. There are a few 19WS out there that are probably better than Proview including one from Viewsonic going for about the same price.

Also consider the vertical height on a 19" WS is fairly short, less tha 1000 pixels. Also they use an odd native resolution. OK if you just want it for desktop use.

For like $50 more you get a 20" WS Sceptre from Costco which many people seem to be saying is decent for the low price.

Edit: It's actually $319 after rebate so a little more than $50 bucks more. But it has a DVI connector which the Proview doesn't.
