$20 off now with a NewEgg deal. Seems to have good specs from my understanding of PSUs. It'll be powering an OC'd i5-2500k (4.6) and on1 Radeon 6850, 1 SSD and two 2.5 7200 drives.

I don't think there are many issues with it, if any. It's just most of this forum are not big fans of the Silent Pro series. They aren't made by one of the two really popular OEMs. They don't have the best power management. Cooler-master tends to sell them at or above the better PSU's pricing.

At that price/watt range a lot of people would suggest something like this.
