Antec True Power 2.0 Enough

Depending on which model TP 2.0 you have but technically yes.

However, the TP 2.0 line of PSUs were well known for dying under heavy loads after a certain amount of time due to the poor choice in capacitators and bad cooling. NOt very reliable IMO. So I highly recommend replacing the TP2.0 PSU ASAP. Especially if you've had it for more than a year or two.

This is a good budget choice:
Silverstone ST400 400W PSU - $47

K, what about the Antec Earthwatts 500W? A local PC shop is haveing a good deal on them.

Kind of a newb question, but what happens when a PSU dies, does it fry everything or does it just die?

Depends on the PSU. Some do fry everything while some just die. And then there are cases when both happen. Hence why it's not a good idea to cheap out on the PSU for a gaming system.
