Antec P182 Broken door question...

So i snapped off the door on my p182 on accident and now i'm trying to replace it/fix it. However..the top part of the door is stuck inside the hole and I can't get it out. Any ideas?

Btw the drawing on the left is the case door and the drawing on the left is an aerial view of the case. I'll take real photographs when I get off work. I've been thinking of using a drill and a small drill bit and either drilling out the plastic or drilling a hole so i can insert something like a screw and then use pliers to yank it out...but that might not work...so any ideas?

You can just hit up Antec for a new front panel. That's covered under Antec's three warranty on it's cases and so won't cost you a dime.

It's not the front panel that's broken/an issue, its the piece of the door piece that's snapped off and now stuck inside the actual case hole where the door mounts by those lil pegs. I know I can get a brand new door from Antec...problem is...can't install it in ><

All Antec cases, AFAIK, have a 3 year warranty. As long as you have the receipt or invoice, you're covered.

You serious O_O? I didn't even know I could take that part off LOL. I'll have to contact Antec then soon. Do I just ask for the front portion of the case? lol

Don't think you need to ask. Just tell them your problem (broken door) and things should go from there.

I just had a power button problem and they sent the entire front panel to me. This included the door and all the mechanisms that the door connects to, so I don't see any way it would not include both the piece that broke off and a fresh new clean hole for that piece to mount into. If they won't send you one, send me a PM and I'll send you mine (wrong color, but other than that should do the trick).

Wow, I broke my door off too while moving it and its the exact same problem, the plastic is stuck up there. However I don't think I'll request a new front panel because my backplane sticks out just too much for the door to shut properly. Too bad because it looks crappy without the door.

Antec is great with their customer service. I broke the fan bracket for the bottom PSU compartment on my P180 and they sent me a new bracket and fan (told them not to send a fan) no charge, didn't even ask for a receipt or proof of purchase.
