Antec Basiq 500W

Either Newegg is too lazy to update the pictures or Antec didn't bother changing the labels because the pictures of that PSU label shows that it's model number is BP500U whereas Newegg lists it as BP500UB.

It's OEM and a B-Stock w/ 1 yr. warranty thru Newegg. I've purchased several of the 350's without a hitch.
 
I have two BP500U models, and their fans are loud, even at very light load, where the fan runs at just 6V.
