Anyone see any glaring errors or incompatibilities? Thanks, been a while since I built a new rig (see sig, about 9-10 mos.).

Looks pretty good to me. Though I'd get the case from here for a little bit cheaper and still with free shipping:
Antec Sonata III ATX Case - $125

Also, don't bother with that RAM. You seriously won't notice the lower timings in anything other than artificial benchmarks. I recommend getting this RAM instead:
G.SKILL F2-6400CL5D-2GBNQ 2 x 1GB DDR2 800 RAM - $55

Also, are you planning to overclock? If so, you may want to bump down to the E4500 or up to E6750 since they'll be easier to OC than the E6550. If you're keeping things at stock, then the E6550 is a good choice.

Oh and damn you for getting that card!!!! My Best Buy ran out of that card 15 minutes before I got there.:(

Thanks for the once over Danny... and yeah, from what I'm hearing from the guy at BB, those cards don't even make it a week once they hit the shelves. And yes, I plan on keeping it at stock speeds.

I'm not hurting for money, so keeping everything from NewEgg simplifies things for me, and I know lots of people use GSkill, but I've always had good luck with Corsair and Mushkin ram, hence when I went with their CAS4 "generic" stuff.

if you're not hurting for money, the E6750 would be a better choice, or even the Q6600. :)
