• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

Another upgrade, replace, or wait? thread

Did you install the SSD without the other hard drives connected?
And does the PC boot normally when the video card is removed?

the other two HDDs were (are) connected on the 3 Gb/s ports, controlled by the Z68 chipset (they're still unformatted/raw so they're only visible in the disk manager in windows currently)

same BOOTMGR missing error after removing the video card and rebooting...

not sure how reliable the Windows Experience index is, but I had run that before as well and I believe it scored a 7.9 on the m4 SSD (overall was lower ~6.4 I think due to onboard graphics of course)

Disconnect the hard drives. Do all that MBR and fixboot repair stuff. See if the issue is still there.

If the above doesn't work, format the SSD and reinstall the OS without the other hard drives connected

seems to be working after the 2nd boot record fix... ran crystal disk on the SSD, still haven't done anything with the 2 other drives

those good #'s?
