Will I still be ok if I add another HD and 2gb more of Ram? Thermaltake power express is powering one video card and 2 fans. So the system would be:
3 Sata Hard drives
one DVD Burner
6400+ Black Edition
4gb Ram
4 Cold Cathodes
5 case fans
Z3 CPU cooler
8800gt in sli

or should I scrap the extra HDD and 2gb of ram and get a Rosewill 950 watt instead?

I think the PSU you have now would work, but I'm not sure how long it'd hold up in the long run. If it's anything like the 500w version jonnguru tested, it has Fuhjyyu caps which don't have a good reputation for holding up under heavy load and heat.

If you want to get a new PSU, the 950 would work great, but it'd also be overkill. The 750 and 850 version from Rosewill would be fine, as would any Corsair above 620, as well as many other units.

Thing is the 950 is in a combo deal with the 6400 and you get $100 off. Also can I mix 2gb of the green g.skill with 2gb of the red g.skill?

Yes you can mix the two different colored RAM.

Do I get the 6400+ and a 750 watt psu(will750 be enough 4 me?) or the 5000+ Black edition and a 950 watt psu or a 6000+ and the 950 psu?

The Rosewill RP550 will power it alone. I bought mine as a backup a while ago and the damn thing churns out power on its 12v rail!
