As it seems my Enermaxs have decided to start dieing, really can't complain as they were ebay specials and both over 4 years old, I need another one. I've moved the Enermax Infiniti 650 over to YsSMN as its Liberty 500 just died and want to keep the "customized" cables (fit the Infinity). Unfortunatly with all the stuff I've ordered over the past several weeks MONEY IS THE PRIMARY consideration. Here is pretty much what I've narrowed it down to, with MIR the primary help so need to know about the reliability.

OCZ OCZ700MXSP 700W http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341018
SILVERSTONE ST70F 700W http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817256045
Thermaltake W0106RU 700W http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153039

Also might consider the two following Silverstones, but again pricing is getting to me and what I have I'm sure 700W will carry me without issue..

Also there is an Emermax Infiiti 720W from another e-tailer that would be 155 shipped, but that is a bit much for the budget.

Go with the Corsair 750TX from provantage. Only $99, plus it has a $20 rebate.

Although it is not modular, if that is a big concern, I would say it is better than the 3 you have listed. The Silverstone Strider is the low-end of the Silverstone line-up and has had problems with ripple (I think). If you go with Silverstone, get an Olympia or Decathlon. Not a big fan of the OCZ PSU's other than their decent price, and I am not a fan of Thermaltake either (personal preference though).

Modular is next to price as currently all of my builds are mATX. :D Will take under consideration all of your input though as it is appreciated! ;)

In that case, the Strider would be your best bet in your price range. I have heard it is a good PSU, not great. For the price, you wont find a better modular PSU with 750w.

If you can do $130 after rebate, I would jump on this Silverstone DA700 in a heartbeat.
