Some people don't get the point. Companies don't design chips to be overclocked by a consumer, nor do they guarantee any overclockability.
I whole-heartedly agree with this. The percentage of computer owners that overclock their CPUs is absolutely minuscule. The chips run at what the company says they will, and most consumers that buy computers will see that they can get a dual-core chip for cheaper than Intel's, even if it won't ZOMG OVERCLOCK TO 3.6GHZ+ ON AIR!
