What will give me more FPS at gaming ?
phenom 955 (or 555) | OC 2x560 | ddr3 8GB 1600 (probably GA-990XA-UD3 becouse of VRM 8+2) VRM 8+2 is more stable for CPU as 6+2 right ?
So is realy needed VRM 8+2 ?
2500K OC | gigabyte 560 SOC | ddr3 8GB 1600 (probably P8P67)
Also which mobo for SLI for AM3(+)

I allready have PSU LC Arkangel 850W (can sombody tell me how to test if PSU is stable ?)

Is LC Arkangel the brand for the power supply? What's the model number? How old is it? Have you tried using a multimeter on it? (Instructions on how to do so are widely available on the Web.)

On their own, the Intel Core i5-2500K will outperform the AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition at both stock speeds and overclocked. But to ultimately determine which "platform" is better, we need to see the entire picture. What are the rest of the parts for each (Intel and AMD) platform?

Have you even started buying parts for this gaming rig? Regardless, please answer the questions in the "Asking for Build Help?" sticky.

As i said for PSU is LC Arkangel 850W (metatron series) http://www.lc-power.de/index.php?id=310&L=1 but old model (all is same except this have 4x pci-e cable)
For PC
I said 2500K Gigabyte GTX TI 560 SOC
and for AMD phenom 2 x2 555 OC (or unlocked to 4 core) with 2x560 So in SLI
and which ram 8GB and 1600 will be enought ? but which brand and model
same config cost same ~720€ (yes in Slovenia is all expensive)

How old is the power supply? How many years have you used it for? Using the new model as a guideline, your power supply isn't the best one available. Yes, it should have enough power for two GTX 560 Ti cards in SLI mode, but other 850W power supplies have more power in their 12V rails than the LC Arkangel.

I need to know which hard drive, optical drive, monitor (along with the resolution that you're using), and case you're reusing. I also need to know how old all of those parts are.

Most games are still largely GPU dependent, even though a growing number of games also benefit from a quad-core processor. Looking at the two options you gave us, the AMD Phenom II X2 555 unlocked as a quad-core and the two GTX 560 cards in SLI mode would be better in most games... but why limit yourself to those two options?

The sticky questions that I referenced earlier are listed here. I need you to answer the following questions:

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
6) Will you overclock? If so, what parts?
7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have? What resolution?
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
 
I didin't limit with this config but i think this config are best i can get for 730€ you can recommend another too
resolution is 1680x1050 i am looking PC mostly for gaming ... another software isn't importen

Please answer the rest of my questions. Frankly, I don't believe that you should be looking at AMD processors or SLI for your system.
 
I agree with others that the 2500k is the better way to go at this present time. However if the OP is interested in a AMD build as a possible choice I'd say wait till the new BD releases this month before making a AMD choice. We've seen the prices leaked but not the performance of the BD chips. Also there is also that possibility Intel may make some price changes as well. Prices on current AMD may change as well.

If the OP cannot wait and must build now then Intel is going to be the better way to go. Get a Z68 mobo though so you can later update it's Bios for Ivey Bridge later on next year. It will give you some future proofing. Not sure if the P67 mobos can be updated or not for IB.

I will add this though: Ditch that PSU. LC makes really really shitty power supplies.

The impression I get is that all the PCH chips will support it but whether or not the motherboard manufacturers will bother to issue the BIOS updates is an open question. Z68 boards being newer than P67 boards have a greater chance of actually getting the BIOS updates.
 
I think i answered all questions except OS no i will not buy OS (why would i spend so much many for OS while i can get better hardware for that money)

It does us no good to make any recommendations otherwise. For your resolution and considering your immediate needs, neither or your original options is worth pursuing.

And you can't just reuse your current OS with your new system. Unless you've bought a retail version of Windows, it's illegal to transfer an activated OEM license from computer to computer.
 
Are you going to buy parts from a store with an online website? If so, what's the address?
