Ambient Temp Is High

I think you have a sensor problem.

If your CPU is 38C under load, and your case temps are reading at 65C, something is seriously wrong....that seems physically impossible. Download GPU-Z and take a look at your vid card temps as well.

You either have a bad sensor, or your readings are mixed up.
 
65C ambient would mean if a candle was thrown in your case it would melt in about a minute or so. Processor temp would imply you are reading it wrong somehow???
 
Unless if he has a CPU fan tunnel, and it pushed the hot air into the case (as CPU fans do).

Not with that much of a difference in temps. Liquid cooling or heatsink based TEC are the only things that really would make that kind of a difference. I ruled those ideas out because if he maintained a setup like that he would have not listed temps and wondered why in a forum. ;)
