is there a way to install like a plug-in or something so i can play quicktime and realtime media.. and maybe divx?

I believe there is something called helix player that will play realmedia files. VLC might be able to handle them too.

The divx plug-in for WMP is at www.divx.com... Not sure if WMP is your prefference or what, since you only mentioned you hate the Rreal and Quiktime players but didn't state your prefference. Me, I'm still using WMP, Musicmatch, and Winamp; all for different things, heh.

I rarely stumble upon stuff encoded in only Real's format anymore, had to install Quiktime since many Holywood trailers are distributed only as Quiktime files tho. /shrug
