So I got the water blocks for my GTX 470s today and got them all installed. It was a tedious process but absolutely worth it, at full load they sit right on 40c which is friggin awesome. All that's left now is to get another 470 and separate my GPU and CPU on to their own loops which should help drop temps even more just gotta get money for another pump and res.

Another radiator in addition to the 120x4? Did your CPU temps go up significantly when you installed the GPUs?
 
Yea, I have an RX360v2 in the top of my case, but it is all in the same loop. Temps went up by 8c on my hottest CPU core to 48c under a F@H load (1.35vcore) with room temp being 26c. It might lower temps if I put both rads before the CPU in the loop, but I didn't feel like running all kinds of tubing to save a few degrees.
 
I love those fans. Have three myself on my MCR320. If they ever come back in stock, I plan on ordering a couple more just to have.
