      It's an Anthro adjustable console desk (in black with a set of extension tubes and top shelf added on.) I purchased from Anthro.com about 10 years back when they had a sale. They don't make the exact same model anymore, but have a similar items still that can be configured to be a pretty good match. All of their stuff is extremely well made - more for business/medical industries, so it doesn't come cheap. On the bright side, it would be the last PC desk you would ever need to buy.
