All sold

While "old" PCIe 3.0, this is enterprise. So, can take lots of ram and has tons of PCIe lanes (48). So... .while you might get something "newer", consumer desktop systems won't deliver the amount of memory and number of PCIe lanes (28). IYKYK. HP makes very good workstations (typing from my HP Z840). In short, you can add-in boards to get more modern ports. Shoot, just having extra PCIe slots that are worth anything (consumer desktop slots are cut down and limited) is special.

what 's the noise level on this beast? any thoughts on best possible cpu for this socket? and can all 8 ram slots handle 32gb / 64gb ecc ddr4 2666 dimms?
