Alienware

Alienware used to have excellent, American, customer service. But now, like everyone, they've outsourced and the support is crappy as ever.

This happened before Dell bought them, too, I think.
 
Alienware dont outsource anything, not even technical or phone support, every person you are able to talk to on the phone at AW are all AW employees.
 
We have not as yet encountered any outsourced support for AW. We have encountered poor support, however :).
