aim is glitching and wont sign on my screen name

i really need to get on my screen name cuz even fi i make a new one i lose alot of contacts i cant aford to lose.

but my computer shut itself off(psu going bad) and now it wont let me sign on that s.n but will let me sign on anyother. ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling aim. idk i dont wana reformat my computer again i just did that a month ago
