Advice to choose between these two computers!

Hi all!
As we slowly approach the colder months, I think it is time for me to build my first gaming PC. I've been asking back and forth for quite some time, asking for which hardware I should put inside the beast. This is the first computer.

One week ago, My friend participated in a contest and won a complete new computer and he now offers me to buy the machine.
The specs are the following:

Vision Monster Speciel:
Intel® Core™ i5-2500K (w/ stock cooler)
Gigabyte Z68X-UD3P
8 GB Kingston Hyper X DDR3-1600 MHz
Seasonic 750 Watt PSU (80+ Silver certified)
Intel 320 serie 120GB SSD (He wants to keep the SSD)
Seagate 1000GB SATA3 6Gb/s 7200rpm
GeForce GTX570 1280 MB (reference card)
Windows 7 Home Premium

The machine is only 1 day old, and haven't been used except for the stress tests where it was put together. It features 2 years of warranty.
He'll sell to me for 1.330 USD.

So my question is:
By comparing price and the hardware in the two computers, which should I take?

Pros:
PC #1:
-I'm assured that the hardware are high quality as I've chosen them myself.
-The case in this build has much better cooling, though I don't have any numbers on the case from PC#2
-The graphics card has an aftermarket cooler
-Better Motherboard
-Able to overclock graphics card even more due to cooler
PC #2
-Better graphics card (though an overclocked 560 TI performs nearly as good
-Better PSU
-More RAM
-Larger HDD
-Tested
-Already assembled
-More silent

Cons:
PC#1
-Risk that some parts don't work
-I've never assembled a computer myself
-Only 560 TI
-4 GB of ram (though it should be enough for gaming)
-500 GB HDD
-More expensive
PC#2
-Bad motherboard
-Reference graphics card cooler (no OC)
-No CPU cooler
-I expect higher temps due to the case
-I don't know if the PSU is good quality

The one he is offering to sell you looks way better. The motherboard is just as good, no I do not know where you are getting the idea its bad. Memory is 8GB vs 4GB. On top of that there is a stronger graphics card and you can overclock with the stock HS on a video card. There is no need for a after market or even a non reference cooler on a gpu to get higher clocks. Your GTX 560 Ti will be lucky to match a stock GTX 570 with a massive overclock, but you can overclock that 570 as well. PSU is good quality Seasonic makes great products. I do not know about that case, but it looks like there is plenty of fans so you should be good. Who cares if there is no aftermarket HS? Just go buy one and install it.

Here's my take...

I would negotiate to keep the SSD in the build. You might be able to make points such as:

1. The OS is probably installed on the SSD, and you would want to keep the OS.
2. Since it is already part of the build, the 2 year warranty might become void if original parts were missing.

I would rather have the pre-built anyway (even without the SSD) for the reasons stated above, but I'm always one to try to get the best deal I can get. I would be telling my friend to take some of the $1,330 that I was about to give him and use it to get his own SSD. Tell him that that way, you could both enjoy the performance of the SSD. Look at it from the point of view that he just won $1,330, and should be nice to you and share the wealth.

Between the 2, his seems like the better deal. The graphics card is a major factor in my opinion.

Thank you all for the advice! Im going to mail him today and ask for a better price or include the SSD! Will be writing the outcome later!
