Hey,

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming and Photoshop / Illustrator work

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
My budget is $600 for CPU / MB / RAM

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
I have quality parts for HDDs and DVD/RW drives, Video Card is currently 560ti 448 core (Waiting on 700 series)

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

Not initially, but down the road I will be upgrading case to accommodate water cooling for CPU and most likely GPU.

So with the current deals going on newegg I'm thinking of biting on a new setup

I'm looking for opinions on if I should upgrade or wait out better deals in the near future.

You should wait.

Intel's new and faster Haswell CPUs are due out in the June/July timeframe. So might as well wait the extra 1-2 months for that. I mean you're gonna have to get a completely new motherboard and RAM anyway so might as well get the latest. The Haswell CPUs will require a completely new motherboard socket that's not compatible with anything on the market today.
 
Not meaning to hijack, but just because I was thinking very similar build as OP.
Danny: The rationale for waiting, is it more to create a build with Haswell CPU & respective motherboard, or for price drop on Ivy Bridges and get a better bang for the buck?

I like waiting myself if, for a similar price point, I can semi-"future proof" by getting the next socket. But sometimes, waiting for new socket in order for existing items to drop in price, I find takes additional time past new socket coming out. So I wonder how long I can be patient for, haha.

Know wat? I think used 1366 would be best bang fer buck (at this point in time)
