Advertisements in Spanish

Sometimes, when I visit the forum,. my advertisements at the top of the page are appearing in Spanish. It happens more frequently when there is a Volkswagen advertisement atop the page. I'm not sure if anyone else is getting the same thing, but I've attached a picture:

Do you visit any Spanish language pages? Those are Google ads, so those are supposedly targeted to your browsing experience unless you opt out of all tracking. If you have opted out, do you like in a high percentage Spanish speaking zip code?
