Does this version properly align images that are loaded onto SSDs? I know Acronis was having issues with that, but not sure if they fixed it in this version or not.

From what I have read on their website, it sounds like the issue has been resolved in the 2011 version. I would just make sure you have the latest updates to it.

Lets hope so. The last version caused me no end of trouble. I'd hestitate before using acronis again.

I had no problems using 2010 to clone a hard drive onto an SSD that had already been formatted correctly. I think the problem with the previous version was if you were cloning onto a fresh SSD that had not been formatted and the previous version didn't have the correct alignment procedure when formatting the SSD.

Used to also clone my drive to an SSD drive. Application crashes at the very end, but seems to have copied everything just fine.
