My only concern is my Corsair 400w PSU

Current Setup involves
HD5770, 300gb Velociraptor, & 2x1TB Drives.

About to grab these off Amazon, I'm fairly confident it can power it all, but will there be room to overclock? Or should I look into grabbing a PSU too?

ASUS P8P67
Corsair Vengence 1600mhz

Alright, pulling the trigger would make.. well.. much more sense.

The 5770 is pretty good on power, the 400w does a great job for what it really is. I've been able to overclock my current AMD quad to 3.5ghz from 2.9ghz just fine with a H70 cooling it.

I dont think that is at all necessary until OP upgrades GPU.. The Corsair 400w PSU is the original cx & its a great small PSU.. I have the same one powering my WHS.. & in the OP's case he is going from a 125w CPU at stock (which overclocked is more like a 140w CPU) to a much more efficient 95w CPU & even overclocked it shouldnt have near the draw of his current chip.

Now if upgrading the GPU at all I would say yes to a PSU upgrade simply off the basis that the 5770 is pretty efficient & I dont think any GPU's that would be of any real upgrade would be as efficient thus increasing the draw.
