how about OCZ GameXStream 700w PSU
for X58, i7-940 @4.4GHz, 12GB DDR3, 5770 CF, 6 fans with fan controller

That unit is considered "OK" - four years ago. But it is now past its prime, especially if you have had the PSU for a few years. Plus, an overclocked i7 by itself eats up nearly 200W (not including any of the other components in your rig) - most of it on the +12V rail(s). And dual 5770s eat up 210W (combined) at full load, while a third adds another 105W.

In other words, get a new 750W to 850W PSU for your OC'd i7 CF rig.

The crummy quality of many of OCZ's PSUs is largely the result of that company's use of Sirfa-made PSUs (although the GameXtream was/is made by the FSP Group). And now, even PC Power & Cooling (which has been owned by OCZ for the past three years) has taken a hit in terms of the quality of PSUs.

The GameXStream 700W is a poor quality PSU. I would certainly not use it with a system like yours.
 
Yeah don't get or use the OCZ GameXStream. The only decent OCZ PSUs these days is the Z-Series but they're a bit overpriced for the quality.

Right now, this one of the best bang for the buck high-wattage PSU out now:
$130 - Corsair 850TX 850W PSU

but i have a CoolerMaster RS 750 Pro ;)
or i can buy Antec TPQ 850watt in 100$ from other forum

how about my CoolerMaster and that Antec, they can run my new setup?

The Coolermaster RS 750 would be enough to power your planned setup. At $100, that Antec PSU is a bit of a ripoff considering that you can get a better quality and NEW PSU with 62A (2A less than the Antec TPQ 850) on the +12V rail for just $20 more:
$120 - Antec Truepower New TP750 Blue 750W PSU

Well only use that GameXStream in an office type PC with onboard video. Don't use it in a gaming system.

Use the Coolermaster. It's a good PSU.
 
I'm currently using one, but as was stated previously, it's 4 years old. I got mine waaaay back in the day. It performed extremely well for me. I had a Core2E6600 @ 1.6V/4GHz, 2x 7900GTs overvolted on both RAM and core and clocked through the roof and 4HDDs... and it was great. I definitely can't issue complaints about it, but it probably isn't the best thing for your money these days, being realistic.
 
30-odd OCZ power supply failures in 2.5 years within my circle, including 4 in my home and 9 in family and close friends. All of them were SXT and GXT 550-700w. Have never once successfully received an RMA from OCZ, either, nor do I know someone personally who has.
