Abit ix38 Boot Issues

Recently, My computer freezes upon boot. It will get to the part where it shows the CPU then freeze. I have to shut it on and off a few times then it goes on no problem. I have the latest BIOS installed and replaced the Ram but it still does it. Not sure what else it could be. Hard drives are brand new Velociraptors. I've been running stable overclocked for about a year now and i'm running default voltage and recommended voltage for the memory. I have no problems or weird errors in Windows. Any ideas?

Maybe you should tone down the overclock to 3.0, it seems like it's having trouble there. Is your fan clogged up with dust or anything?

Just for shits and giggles, I'd be swapping the PS.
