Not only does my computer have the double boot problem, but also on a cold boot the system hangs before seeing the first XP load screen. I press the reset button and everything loads normally. I noticed whenever my IDE pioneer dvd writer is unplugged it doesn't have this problem, only the double boot problem.
for those that don't know what the double boot is, when turning the PC on, the fans start for about 5 seconds, then the PC powers down, then starts up 2 seconds later.
I have the latest BIOS, using the abit flashmenu utility, and manually downloading the bios BIN from abit.
Anyone else have this problem? Or know what I can do about it? Thanks guys
