A8N-sli deluxe problems

Ive had my rig for over a year or so, recently the chipset fan has been having some problems for probably a month, I just recently moved so I didnt plan to order it until i completely moved. Just today I came home to see that my computer was frozen, and i turned it off. But now it wont turn back on, I first cleared the cmos thinking that it would help but nothing happend when i pressed that on button. So how can i pinpoint the problem, my intuition is pointing to the chipset, but i dunno how to tell if that is the case?

Could be something else if you moved your computer. Sometimes the motherboard shifts slightly and maybe you're grounding out on something.
