I need to know how to uninstall my GPU's drivers completly and install the newest drivers. Also i need to know how to unlock the BIOS overclocking settings on this Dell Gen 2 so i can overclock the Processor. Also on my other computer i need to know the same thing and the motherboard on that one is by Asus P4B266-LM and the buss type is Intel GTL+. Where would you go to get updates for the BIOS and chipsets? What software would you people recommend to overclock CPU's and GPU's?

Go to the manufacturers (of the GPU) web site and follow the directions in the support or driver download section. Assuming it is not built in onboard video, then go to the manufacturer of the board web site.

In general that is not possible, but I dont know that Dell, and dont want too. Ask in the Dell support forum at Dell website.

What software would you people recommend to overclock CPU's and GPU's?

Generally done in the bios for CPU's, some manufacturers include software utilities that run under windows, check at the product page or support page for your board. For GPU's it depends on who made it, ati includes basic overclocking with the driver control panel. If you can be more specific about what video card is used "we people" can provide more detailed information. If its onboard vide0, built into the motherboard and not on a plug in card, forget overclocking it.
