I would like true hardware raid. My budget is around $2-$300. I will go if I need too.


A little bit of background. I'm starting to build a home virtual machine lab. I want to run the disks in raid 01 for redundancy and throughput. While this isn't production and Raid 0 would probably be OK I don't want a drive failure setting me back to square one.
