92mm fan - hole spacing for mount?

Yep.
You can check the eng drawing for the 92mm fans on this page, I did a few just to double check myself. Its the pdf to the far right. All that I checked came out at 3 1/4 inches 82.5mm.

I know this post is super old, but it came up in every google search I did so I figured I would post some useful information in it
I made some perfectly to scale templates in AutoCad (I know, I suck) and converted them to PDF so you can print them with Acrobat Reader to make perfect cut out templates! Make sure you turn off "Page Scaling" when you print them!!
"Fancy" holes: 120mm, 92mm and 80mm
"Fancy" holes: DUAL 120MM
"Fancy" holes: Single or Dual or Triple or Quad 140mm!!
"Simple" holes: 120mm, 92mm and 80mm
"Simple" holes: DUAL 120MM
Panasonic seems to have changed the location (or took down) their PDF's which show all the amazing diagrams for case fans (and their cut out templates):

I was designing a new side panel for my new i7 computer to keep it extra cool (four hard drives, 560 Ti and i7 2600 were cooking inside my super crappy case) and I came across this post. I was able to track down cached copies of Panasonic's spec PDF's and they were super useful in my design!
Here are a copy of the PDF's for 120mm, 92mm and 80mm from my web server
My design (sorry for the crappy autocad work, I'm not very good with the program):
All installed and works SWEEEEEEET!
