Where might one aquire these goods?

I'm running a 7800GT am I gonna expect decent or even noticeable performance increase?
 
I liked the drivers, but they cause a problem with Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2006. It appears that game doesnt like hyperthreading the video driver. I had to go back to 78.01 because I am playing Tiger Woods a lot.
