1) What will you be doing with this PC? Online Gaming - Primarily TOR
2) What's your budget? $800
3) Which country do you live in? Bristol, VA
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? Mobo, Ram, CPU, CPU Fan, PS, HD, CD Rom, GPU
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Antec 900 2, USB Keyboard and Mouse,
6) Will you be overclocking? No
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it? 1920 x 1080 - 22 Inch
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Hopefully within a week or two.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? Just something that will utilize the parts that I have and prevent bottle necking.

Here we ago again. This time I'm building myself a new machine. Ideally for SW:TOR that is coming out, because my wife is stealing my current one :/

I'll get to the hard part first. Does anyone know how much better the GTX is than the ATI? I'd really like to have the GTX 570 but it puts the build about $85 over budget. I was hoping to maybe change a few other parts around without sacrificing performance. I will settle for the ATI if need be.

No AMD?

Go for a AMD 555 BE ($90) + a good asus/gigabyte board ($60) and you should be able to unlock extra cores and overclock past 3.4Ghz easily.

Much cheaper, same speed or more.... or even cheaper, you could try the AMD 455 and perhaps get a quad core phenom

Really? I was told I'd get a much better bang for my buck with intel, for the last build I got help with.

No you will get a better bang for the buck value with Intel. Greene420's recommendations have two flaws:
1) There is no 100% guarantee that you will be able to unlock the CPU
2) Even when unlocked and OC'd, the Core i3 2100 would still outperform that CPU.

The GTX 570 is faster than the HD 6950 1GB but not fast enough to justify an additional $96 or so.

It is but that one is overpriced like hell. In addition, I recommended the QUAD-core Core i5 2400 last time:

Ditch it unless your home is really hot. The stock HSF that comes with the CPU should be good enough.
 
Is 650w really needed? I've used 2 different ps calculators, over calculating on fans and drives, and its giving me 400W. Can I trust them?

A 650W PSU is necessary as it'll provide the optimal power you need for that setup as well as future upgrades.

Drop the SSD. Use that money to get the Intel Core i5-2400 CPU mentioned earlier. Also, find a H67 or Z68 mobo with the remaining leftover cash.

Dtich that Antec PSU and go with this Antec PSU instead for $3 more:
$73 - Antec NEO ECO 620C 620W PSU

The above Antec actually has more power than the Antec Earthwatts due to its larger +12V rail.
 
I wouldn't use the stock cooler that comes with the i5, as I found it to be lacking even at stock speeds. I'd go with your aftermarket cooler you had picked out (hyper 212).
