If you're gonna ask us to build/list a PC for you or seek advice about a build, please answer all of the following questions:

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Diablo 3, Star Wars: The Old Republic, WoW, BF3

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$800 - Including Tax/Shipping.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
Overland Park, Kansas - Within 10 minutes of a Micro Center

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
CASE, PSU, MOBO, CPU, RAM, HARD DRIVE, VIDEO CARD, CPU HEATSINK/FAN.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Nothing.

6) Will you be overclocking?
No.

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
Already own a 24" 1920x1080

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
By Friday 11/25 at the latest. Taking advantage of Black Friday deals.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.
USB 3.0, SATA 6GB/s ideally. An extra PCI-Express 16x slot for FUTURE upgrading to Crossfire/SLI if possible within the budget.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

Yes, Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. (I am a student)

All advice and help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, and Happy Turkey Day!

Intel. Don't care if videocard is Nvidia or ATi. Whatever is the best bang for my buck within my budget.

I would suggest an i5-2500k and Geforce GTX 560ti. The combination of these 2 would be great for BF3. I saw the HAF 922 Case on sale for $60 somewhere.... I think Newegg. I paid $100 for it and it's the best case I've ever owned.

I'll look around and see if I can find some links and put some suggestions together.

While I setup a list for you, I highly recommend that you buy this PSU today while it's on sale:
$50 - Antec NEO ECO 620C 620W PSU

Prelim build:

$245 - Core i5 2500K + Asus P8Z68-V LX Intel Z68 Motherboard combo at Microcenter.
$39 - G.Skill Value Series F3-10600CL9D-8GBNT 2 x 4GB DDR3 1333 RAM
$280 - XFX HD-695X-CDFC Radeon HD 6950 2GB PCI-E Video Card
$80 - Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive
$40 - NZXT Source 210 Black ATX Case
$13 - Coolermaster 120mm fan 4 in 1 pack
$50 - Antec NEO ECO 620C 620W PSU
---
Total: $747 plus tax and shipping.

Not a problem if you are going with the 6950, but the P8Z68-V LX doesn't support SLI, only CrossFire. Just something to be aware of.
